San Francisco 49ers QB Colin Kaepernick will get his second start of the 2016 season, as Coach Kelly named him the starter. Kap completed 13 of 29 passes for 187 yards and 1 touchdown. Kap who looked shaky at best, received high-praise from the 49ers head coach when asked why he decided to stick with Kap, as he had this to say in the video below:
