There is no doubt that the San Francisco 49ers offensive line has been struggling this season. A unit that was once the strength of the team, it is now the team’s weakest link on the offensive side of the ball.
The team had to make some changes and as a result promoted G Andrew Tiller to the team’s active roster while then releasing CB Shareece Wright.
A few weeks ago, I wrote an article about Why Tiller Should Be The Starter At Right-Guard, and it appears he may now have that opportunity, as RG Jordan Devey has been nothing short of an disappointment thus far.

Not surprising news considering Tiller was garnering high-praise from many of the players, it will now be up to Tiller to relish his new role with the team.
I had a gut feeling that Tiller would be activated sooner rather than later as I told CBS Sports Radio Orlando 810 earlier this week — as it turns out that is now a reality.
With the 49ers trying to get back in the win column, it will need to start with the offensive line as that unit has been the team’s Achilles heal thus far.
