San Francisco 49ers QB Colin Kaepernick was fined $10,000 by the NFL for wearing unapproved headphones during his post-game interview. Kaepernick who has ties to Beats by Dre now owned by Apple, opted to wear his beats despite going against NFL policy in which the NFL has partnered with Bose.

A policy that prohibits players from wearing other brand headsets during TV interviews up to 90 minutes after the game, Kaepernick didn’t care.

When CSN Bay Area’s Matt Maiocco asked if he will pay the fine or Beats by Dre, Kaepernick responded: “We’ll let that be unanswered.”

I love it! Straight up SWAG as Kaepernick does what he wants while supporting Breast Cancer awareness.
