After calling RB Frank Gore and WR Stevie Johnson fantasy football “losers,” NFL Network’s Michael Fabiano calls QB Colin Kaepernick a “winner.” Fabiano noted that Kaepernick was in a contract year and with more help along the offensive line and the addition of Johnson should elevate his statistics, as he said:

“He’s a winner. There’s no question about that because they bring in a Carlos Hyde to add depth to the backfield. He gets Stevie Johnson. It’s great for Kaepernick but not Stevie Johnson. They also drafted Marcus Martin, a center who’s going to add depth to the offensive line. And remember, Kaepernick’s in a contract year, so he could put up top five fantasy numbers.”
