49ers vs. Cardinals: Game Grades For Joe Staley, Trent Brown, Daniel Kilgore, Joshua Garnett and Zane Beadles

RT Trent Brown

Analysis: The 49ers starting right tackle had a rough day in both pass protection and running game. From allowing a team-high four quarterback hits/hurries and one sack,  to having a negative play run-side, Brown was by far the team’s weakest link in Week 10 as he struggled against speed-rusher OLB Markus Golden.

Pass Grade: -1.0

Run Grade: +8.0

Overall: +3.5/10

RG Joshua Garnett

Analysis: The 49ers second first-round pick continues to struggle down in the trenches. From allowing a quarterback hit/hurry to being flagged for a false-start, Garnett had a bay day in Week 10. Aside from the negative analysis as previously stated, it didn’t get better in the run game as Garnett led the team by allowing a team-high two negative running plays.

Pass Grade: +6.0

Run Grade: +6.0

Overall: +6.0/10

OC Daniel Kilgore

Analysis: The Appalachian State product was solid in Week 10 as his only setback was a questionable holding penalty. From making the proper line call pre-snap to calling out the blitz pickups, Kilgore did a nice job despite what others may think.

Pass Grade: +8.0

Run Grade: +10.0

Overall: +9.0/10

LG Zane Beadles

Analysis: Beadles didn’t miss any assignments in the run game while making proper blocks. The same can’t be said of his pass protection as he allowed one quarterback hit/hurry and 1.0 sack.

Pass Grade: +5.0

Run Grade: +10.0

Overall: +7.5/10

LT Joe Staley

Analysis: The 49ers best offensive lineman had a bad day in Week 10. From allowing two quarterback hits/hurries to giving up a sack, Staley did not bring his A-game as he went up against DE Calais Campbell and company.

Pass Grade: +3.0

Run Grade: +10.0

Overall: +6.5/10
