49ers’ T Joe Staley On Kaepernick Trade: “He Wanted A Trade, I Guess.”

It’s no secret that San Francisco 49ers QB Colin Kaepernick wants out of San Francisco. Everyone from the media, to the players, to the coaching staff, have all been talking about this hot topic for what seems like eternity and All-Pro T Joe Staley is no different.

When Staley was asked about his thoughts on Kaepernick requesting to play somewhere else, Staley took the high-road while wanting to move on from the question. “He wanted a trade, I guess. I have no answer for you.” He then followed that up with ‘next question.’

Let’s be honest, everyone and their mother wants to know what’s going to happen with Kaepernick. Will the team draft QB Carson Wentz or QB Jared Goff or settle on QB Blaine Gabbert? These are questions that need to be answered sooner rather than later. It’s not fair to the Forever Faithful, players, and coaching staff, to leave this Kaepernick dilemma in limbo. So either keep him and move on or trade him. Either way, do something!

What are your thoughts, Forever Faithful? Do you want Kap back in San Francisco or is it time to move on?
