The San Francisco 49ers today announced that they have signed special-teams ace LB Nick Bellore to a two-year contract.
Bellore led the team in special teams tackles in each of his first three seasons with the Jets (31 in 2011, 17 in 2012 and 27 in 2013).

Originally an undrafted rookie free-agent in 2011, Bellore spent his entire four-year career with the New York Jets. During that span he made a name for himself as he led the team in special-teams tackles in his first three seasons.
With Bellore now in San Francisco, it will be interesting to see who they keep at the linebacker position as ILB Nick Moody and others may now be on their way out.
