49ers’ OLB Ahmad Brooks benched after skipping team meeting

San Francisco 49ers v New Orleans Saints

Just a few weeks removed from being disgruntled on the sidelines during a Week 11 matchup against the New York Giants, 49ers’ OLB Ahmad Brooks is at it again as he missed a team meeting prompting DC Vic Fangio to start rookie fifth-round pick (No. 150) OLB Aaron Lynch today.

Brooks, who has been receiving scrutiny from the media as ESPN Analyst Ray Lewis said, “The game is much bigger than you,” will now be the topic of conversation as he has yet to take a snap in the game and probably never will today.
