The San Francisco 49ers released their inactives for today’s game against the St. Louis Rams and they include, QB Josh Johnson, ILB Patrick Willis, CB Tramaine Brock, WR Quinton Patton, G Dillon Farrell, DE Demarcus Dobbs and DE Tank Carradine.

Willis and Brock both remained sidelines with toe injuries while rookie third-round pick (No. 77) ILB Chris Borland and CB Perrish Cox replace them in the starting lineup respectively.

Cox, is having a career-season and is playing like the best cornerback on the team while Borland will be looking to have a repeat performance as he filled in nicely against the Rams, in their first meeting this season.
