As the San Francisco 49ers players continue to work hard during the off-season it has been RB Frank Gore who continues to lead by example. The player known as the “Inconvenient Truth,” Gore has been working very hard to keep his body in tip top shape. Entering his 10th season with the 49ers, many NFL analysts are anticipating his downfall as he already hit the ripe age of 30 last season. However, that was not the case as Gore rushed 276 times for 1,128 rushing yards and nine touchdowns (the second most in his career).

Watch his video as Gore puts the stair master to work as he conditions himself for the grueling 2014 season ahead.
