49ers’ Chris Cook Returns on one-year deal

Just when you thought the San Francisco 49ers were done shaking up their roster they instead brought back a familiar face as they signed CB Chris Cook to a one-year deal.

Cook who signed a one-year deal last season played in six games with one pass-break up. A former second-round pick (No. 34) in the 2010 NFL draft, Cook will be fighting for a roster spot as he fends off CB Dontae Johnson, CB Shareece Wright, CB Jimmie Ward, CB Kenneth Acker and CB Keith Reaser.
