The San Francisco 49ers 2011 draft class is extremely talented. However, four of their top five selections have found themselves in hot water with the law as of late. The only player in the top five not to have any sort of run-ins with the law is RB Kendall Hunter. Below is a timeline of recent arrests and/or run-ins with law enforcement during this year’s off-season.

1/31/14- C Daniel Kilgore (5th Round No. 163)

Arrested for Public Intoxication in Kingsport

3/28/14 CB Chris Culliver (3rd Round No. 80)

Arrested for felony hit-and-run charges including brass knuckles

4/10/14- QB Colin Kaepernick (2nd Round No. 36)

Investigated for “suspicious incident” in Miami hotel

4/13/14- OLB Aldon Smith (1st Round No. 7)

Arrested after random secondary screening in which he said “bomb.”
